PT MITRATANI DUA SEVEN SHARES HAPPINESS WITH THE ELDERLY IN THE MONTH OF RAMADAN

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh shared happiness with the elderly through social service activities held at the Tresna Werdha Social Services Technical Service Unit (UPT PSTW) on Thursday (21/03/2024) in Kasiyan Village, Puger District, Jember Regency.

A total of 30 young employee representatives along with IKBI management and administrators were present in person to provide assistance to 140 Beneficiaries (PM) in the form of food packages, health and hygiene supplies, and compensation money.

The activity began with remarks from the Head of UPT PSTW Jember, Mr. Drs. Bagus Suprobo who also gave an overview of the UPT PSTW agency profile to the employees present.

“We would like to thank PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh for visiting us as well as being the first agency visit in the month of Ramadan this year. Hopefully your presence can be a solace and happiness for the beneficiaries who are here.” He said.

The event then continued with a visit by the employees to the Special Care Room (RPK) to meet directly with the beneficiaries of the Total Care group who were bedridden. The employees had the opportunity to interact directly, listen to stories from the elderly, feed food, and distribute food packages.

The employees then walked through each room of the semi-care group beneficiary dormitory by distributing gifts and iftar packages together then ended up in the hall to meet the beneficiaries of the independent group.

The event was filled with entertainment singing and dancing together between employees and the elderly, followed by a symbolic handover of assistance from PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh to UPT PSTW Jember represented by Mr. Sugiharto Bisri (SEVP Operation), Mr. Ari Wibowo (GM Office & Supporting), and Mr. Erison Caesar from the company secretary which was then closed by playing together.
