Signing of Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB) for the period 2024-2026

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) for the period 2024 – 2026 on Friday, March 15, 2024 at the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh meeting room.

The Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) is an agreement resulting from the negotiation process by and between the company and employees (in this case represented by the Labor Union) which contains the terms of employment, rights and obligations of both parties which are jointly committed to implementing it.

The event was attended by all Management, Negotiating Team and Management of the Agroindustrial Workers Union (SPA) which began with remarks from the Head of the Negotiating Team by Mr. Asmuni who expressed his gratitude for the hard work of all teams involved in the preparation of the PKB for 1 month.

“Basically, we have tried our best for 1 month to perfect the PKB, so I would like to thank the entire negotiating team and the SPA for working together and everything went smoothly with full willingness to accept changes for the sake of mutual prosperity,” he said.

Followed by remarks by the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, who said that the changes to the PKB that had been discussed together were the best decision with the current condition of the company.

“Thank you to the entire team that has contributed their thoughts and energy to create a concept that we think is the best with the current condition of the company, let’s live it, let’s guard it so that PKB becomes our common guide in terms of management and employment for the welfare of better workers.” He said.

This was also supported by the statement of the Chairman of the Agroindustrial Workers Union (SPA) Mr. Eko Widodo who expressed his gratitude to the entire team and management who have supported and accepted changes for the welfare of all employees which will later become the basis for making decisions related to employee welfare.

Entering the core event, namely the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) for the period 2024 – 2026 carried out by the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh and the Chairperson of the Agroindustrial Workers Union (SPA) witnessed by the entire negotiating team and the management of the Agroindustrial Workers Union (SPA). The event was then closed with a group photo session and breakfasting together.
