Born in Surabaya in 1969, Benny Sandjaya completed his undergraduate studies in Management at the University of Merdeka Surabaya. Subsequently, he began his career at PT Perkebunan Nusantara X as an Assistant in Accounting Affairs in 2005 and later became the Head of the Accounting Division in 2017. Eventually, he was entrusted with the position of Commercial Director at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in 2018. He returned to PTPN X as the Head of Finance and Accounting in 2020–2021, currently holding the position of SEVP Business Support at PTPN X since February 2022. He was appointed as the President Commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on July 5, 2023, according to Decree Number XX-SURKP/23.035 and 003/DE-KML/VII/23.

Born in Tuban in 1976, Muhammad Novi Saputro completed his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering & Planning – Architecture, National Institute of Technology Malang, in 1999. Currently, he holds the position of Marketing Director at PT Kelola Mina Laut and several key positions in the Kelola Group. Additionally, he is active in various fisheries and marine-related association organizations. He was appointed as a commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on March 25, 2014, according to Decree Number 33 executed by Notary Sri Eliana Tjahjoharto, SH, based in Surabaya.
Mahendra Utama

Born in Bandar Lampung in 1974, Mahendra Utama currently holds several strategic positions, such as being the Founder of PT KSWD Lampung, Founder of PT SLDU Lampung, President Commissioner of PT DMKB North Sumatra, and CEO of PT Solusi Akasara Grafika Unggul. Additionally, he has other professional career experiences, including serving as a Mass Media Consultant, Assistant to the Governor of Lampung for Legal Affairs and Government, Private Secretary to the Governor of Lampung, and a facilitator in various fields. He was appointed as a Commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on July 5, 2023, based on Decree Number XX-SURKP/23.036 and 004/DE-KML/VII/23. His latest educational attainment is a Bachelor of Law from Lampung University.

Born in Medan in 1980, Tumbas Ginting completed his undergraduate studies in Agriculture at Bogor Agricultural Institute. Before being appointed as Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on October 23, 2023, according to Decree Number XX-SURKP/23.065 and 0261/DE-KML/X/23, he gained significant professional career experience. This includes roles ranging from assistant to manager at Asian Agri (2002-2010), Senior Estate Manager at ZTE Agri Indonesia (2010-2012), General Manager at Olam LTD Tbk (2012-2015), General Manager at Eagle High Plantation (2015-2022), and SEVP Operation at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh (2022-2023).

Born in Malang in 1976, Sugiharto Bisri completed his undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Brawijaya University. Before being appointed as SEVP Operation of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on October 23, 2023, according to Decree Number XX-SURKP/23.063, he has held several significant positions at PT Perkebunan Nusantara X, from Head of Procurement Division (2015-2018), Director of Subsidiary Company at PT Dasaplast Nusantara (2018-2020), Head of Procurement & Asset Optimisation Section (2020), General Manager of Meritjan Sugar Factory (2020-2021), General Manager of Lestari Sugar Factory (2021-2022), and Coordinator of TS Cluster Delta Plantation (2022-2023). He also gained professional career experience such as Senior Engineer at PT Fluid Sciences Batam – Perkin Elmer groups (2001-2003) and Engineer at PT Matsushita Kotobuki Peripheral Indonesia – Japan company (1999-2001)

Born in Pekan Aek Loba in 1980, Sihur Antoni completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting at the Indonesia Methodist University. Beginning his career as the Accounting Section Head at PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia in 2002, he later served as the Finance & Accounting Head at Sinarmas Group (Asia Pulp & Paper) from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of Office Manager at PT Nusira – Kirana Megatara Tbk (Triputra Group) from 2013 to 2019 and was promoted to Operations Director in the same company from 2020 to 2022. He was appointed as SEVP Business Support of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on March 8, 2022, according to Decree Number XX-SURKP/22.025.

Edy Zen Yuliantoko
GM Operational On Farm
Edy Zen Yuliantoko was born in Malang in 1969. He completed his undergraduate studies in Agrotechnology at Muhammadiyah University Jember. Starting his career at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as a Field Supervisor in 1996, he has held important positions in various divisions, including cultivation, research and development, seeding, Quality Assurance, until he became the General Manager in 2020. He was appointed as GM Operational On Farm based on Decree Number XX600-PERPN/230807.002 on August 10, 2023.

GM Operational Off Farm
Asmuni was born in Jember in 1968. He began his career at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as a Field Supervisor in 1992 and has gained experience in production, eventually becoming the General Manager in 2008. Before being appointed as GM Operational Off Farm based on Decree Number XX600-PERPN/230807.001 on August 10, 2023, he held the position of Head of the Internal Auditor Unit. Asmuni’s latest education is in Agricultural Socio Economics at Muhammadiyah University Jember.
Ari Wibowo

Ari Wibowo was born in Madiun in 1979. He completed his undergraduate studies in Management Economics at Gadjah Mada University. Starting his career at PT Perkebunan Nusantara X as the head of marketing for molasses and cocoa products in 2014, he has gained experience in various fields, ranging from marketing, procurement, to risk management in the internal supervision unit. He was appointed as GM Office & Supporting at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh based on Decree Number XX600-PERPN/230807.003 on August 10, 2023, where previously he served as GM Finance & General Affairs from January 1, 2023.
