Born in Kediri on January 13, 1969, he earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1997. He began his career at PTPN XII in 1991 with an orientation period, then was appointed as Plantation Assistant I in 1992. He then became a Plant Assistant until he became Head of the Marketing Subdivision in 2011. In 2014, he was appointed Plant Manager, followed by Head of Marketing in 2017, then appointed Head of Corporate Secretary in 2020 until he was appointed SEVP Operation PTPN XII and then Region Head of PTPN I Regional 5. He then served as the main commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I and PT Kelola Mina Laut as Shareholders of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh number DPSB-DIRUT/SKPTS/2025.
Bambang Eko Prasetyo

Bambang Eko Prasetyo, Ir., MBA, currently serves as Commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, pursuant to the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Decree Numbers DPKK-DIRUT/SKPTS/2025.05.21-6 and 006.1/DE-KML/V/25. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transportation, from Gadjah Mada University, and obtained an MBA in Finance from the International University of Japan. His professional career began as a Site Engineer at PT Jaya Obayashi (1988–1990), followed by roles as Section Head and Manager at PT Bank Dagang Negara (Persero) (1990–1998). He later served as Vice President at the Shanghai Representative Office and the Corporate Banking 4 Group of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (2008–2017). He subsequently held positions as Investment Advisor for Pension Funds, Director, and Business & Financial Advisor at Semen Tonasa Group (2017–2019), and as Director at PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional (2020–2023). He also served as SEVP Business Support at PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara (2023–2024) and PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (2024), and has been serving as Financial Advisor to PT Kelola Mina Laut since 2024 to the present.

Born in Serang on March 14, 1986, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Religious Education from STAI Darul Qalam in 2024. He began his professional career at PT Berkah Arridho in 2019 and currently serves as Import Coordinator & Business Partner, with expertise in imported product management, international supplier negotiations, inventory management, and product demand forecasting. He was subsequently appointed as Commissioner of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh pursuant to the Circular Resolution of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh No. DPKK-DIRUT/SKPTS/2026.08.06-2/001.1/DE-KML/VIII/26.

Born in Tasikmalaya on June 20, 1970, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Technology from Padjadjaran University. He began his career as a factory manager at PTPN VIII from 2004 to 2007, then became Head of Crops at PTPN VIII from 2007 to 2013, and was appointed Manager and Head of Department at PTPN VIII from 2013 to 2015. Subsequently, he served as General Manager at PTPN VIII from 2020 to 2022. He then became Director of PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari and currently serves as Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I and PT Kelola Mina Laut as Shareholders of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh number DPSB-DIRUT/SKTPTS/2025.12.01-8.
Zahrudin Ma’ruf

Born in Gresik in July 1979, he earned his Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, and subsequently obtained his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Universitas Brawijaya in 2024. He possesses extensive experience in the agro-industry sector and has built a solid career within PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (PTPN X) since joining the company in 2006 as Assistant Manager in Finance. In 2013, he was promoted to Head of Tax Affairs, and in 2018, he was reassigned as Head of Accounting Affairs. From 2015 to 2020, he was appointed by PTPN X to serve as Secretary of the Board of Commissioners at PT Nusantara Medika Utama (PT NMU). In 2022, he was elevated to the position of Head of Accounting and Finance (BOD-1 official) at PTPN X. Following the organizational restructuring of PT Perkebunan Nusantara, he assumed the role of Head of Accounting and Finance at PTPN I Regional 4. Pursuant to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I Number: DPSB-DIRUT/SKPTS/2025.07.01-29, he was officially appointed as SEVP Business Support of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh.
Edy Zen Yuliantoko
SEVP Operation
Born in Malang in 1969. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Agrotechnology at Muhammadiyah University of Jember. He began his career at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as a Field Supervisor in 1996, and has held key positions in various divisions, including cultivation, research and development, seed production, quality assurance, and became General Manager in 2020. He was appointed as GM of RND & Business Development based on Decree No. XX600-SURKP/250117.001 dated January 17, 2025. He currently serves as SEVP Operation based on the decree of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I No. DPSB-DIRUT/SKPTS/2025.12.01-09.

Hery Setyawan
Head of Internal Audit Unit
Born in Klaten in 1971, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Agronomy from the Stiper Agricultural Institute, Yogyakarta. He began his career at PTPN X as a Plantation Assistant Manager from 2000 to 2007 and subsequently served as an Agronomy Research and Development Staff for Tobacco in Klaten from 2007 to 2008. He then served as the first Auditor at PTPN X from 2008 to 2018, before being appointed as Head of the Production Supervision Subdivision from 2018 to 2023. In 2023, he was appointed as Head of the Internal Audit Unit of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, pursuant to Decree No. XX-PERPN/23.226 dated 24 November 2023, a position he continues to hold to the present.
