Re- Sertifikasi British Retail Consortium (BRC)

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh successfully obtained score A in the British Retail Consortium (BRC) Issue 9 re-certification held by the International Certification Body “Intertek” on October 11-13, 2023.

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is the highest food safety standard at the international level which ensures that all stages of the production process have met food safety and quality standards.

As a company engaged in the frozen vegetable agro-industry, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh is committed to providing food products that are safe for consumption by customers by meeting food safety, quality control and traceability standards.

The audit activity began with an opening meeting attended by top management, management, and the internal food safety team. The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, directly opened the audit activity and said that this BRC audit will help the company to evaluate the steps taken to create a better company strategy.

“We are committed to continuing to make improvements and improvements to the production system that runs according to applicable food safety standards so that it can provide a sense of security and satisfaction for customers.” He said.

The BRC Issue 9 re-certification audit activity runs for 3 days starting from the factory area, the company environment area, to the examination of supporting documents involving almost all representatives from the division.

The closing meeting was held on Friday, October 13, 2023 which was filled with the submission of audit results by Ms. Dian Arifiani as Lead Auditor to the company management. PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh successfully obtained an A score in the BRC Issue 9 re-certification activity.
