Internalization of AKHLAk PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as one of the subsidiaries of state-owned plantation company PT Perkebunan Nusantara X applies AKHLAK core values as its corporate culture (corporate values).

AKHLAK is an acronym for Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative values. As a corporate culture, it is expected that the main values can be implemented in the daily activities of employees in the company so that they can become an identity and behavioral guidelines to increase sustainable performance productivity.

As a form of effort made by PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh to instill the main values of AKHLAK to employees, through an independent team called AKHLAK WARRIOR, the company organizes AKHLAK internalization activities where one of the activities is manifested in joint gymnastics.

The AKHLAK joint gymnastics activity was held on Friday, October 27, 2023 which was attended by all management and employees compactly wearing white t-shirts with the AKHLAK inscription which started at 07.00 WIB.

The internalization of AKHLAK which was packaged in the form of joint gymnastics featured affirmation movements from AKHLAK values which were then followed by a joint reading of the definition and behavioral guidelines of AKHLAK values led by Erison Caesar as the Change Agent.

In addition, the event was also filled with a quiz about AKHLAK to attract employee interest and enthusiasm.
