As a form of concern and commitment in implementing its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh distributed humanitarian aid to residents affected by flooding in the company’s operational area on Friday (19/12).
The aid was handed over directly by the SEVP Operation of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr Edy Zen Yuliantoko, to the Head of the Neighbourhood Association, the Head of the Community Association, and representatives of the affected residents. The aid consisted of building materials, mattresses, basic food packages, household supplies, and blankets to meet the urgent needs of the victims.
This rapid response action was appreciated by local community leaders. ‘On behalf of the residents, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to PT Mitaratani Dua Tujuh for their assistance to my residents. Hopefully, what has been given will be useful and the company will be blessed with smooth operations,’ said the local RW Head. Through this act of concern, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh hopes that the affected areas will recover quickly and the community can return to their normal activities.
