The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, together with the On Farm Team, conducted a field visit to three locations of partner farmers in Banyuwangi Regency. This activity is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships and ensuring the sustainability and quality of national agricultural production.
During the visit, the Director directly observed the condition of the land and the cultivation process, while also engaging in dialogue with partner farmers. The discussion aimed to gather input, understand challenges in the field, and map out the farmers’ needs directly.
In addition to serving as a form of supervision, this visit also functioned as a means of evaluation to ensure consistent implementation of cultivation standards (Standard Operating Procedures). This was done in order to maintain production quality in accordance with the company’s stipulated quality standards and requirements.
Through this strengthened synergy, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh hopes to encourage increased land productivity that is directly proportional to improved farmer welfare through mutually beneficial cooperation (mutualism).
