PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh received a working visit from Mr Winarto, President Commissioner, on Tuesday (16/12) at the Glantangan plantation to ensure the effective utilisation of land and to directly review the progress currently underway.
This visit was accompanied by the Director, SEVP and the technical field team, with the main focus being on reviewing land productivity and ensuring that all operations are in line with company policies and strategic directions.
The direct inspection of the land also aimed to encourage increased productivity and quality of results through direct guidance and input from the commissioner in order to maintain performance and commitment to company targets.
The visit concluded with a joint discussion to strengthen communication and synergy between the Commissioner, Management, and the field technical team as an initial identification of challenges faced on-site for evaluation and decision-making purposes.
