Sharing Session Operational Off Farm

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held a sharing session with off farm operational employees on Wednesday (13/12) at the Processing Office.

The activity which started at 07.00 WIB was attended by the Director, SEVP Operation, division heads, department heads, and section heads of the operational off farm section consisting of the Processing, Engineering and Renbang divisions.

Mr. Tumbas Ginting as the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh delivered several technical directions on strategies to achieve profit targets in 2023.

“Let us equalize our vision and mission to oversee the process starting from receiving raw materials from the land until it is ready to be sold in order to match the target we want. Keep up the spirit to achieve our common goals for a bigger and more developed Mitratani as an agricultural solution in Indonesia,” he said.

This is also supported by the statement of Mr. Sugiharto Bisri as SEVP Operation who said that the contribution of all employees is needed to succeed in everything we plan to achieve the predetermined targets and readiness for future business challenges.

“Mitratani is a company that has great potential and opportunities and has the ability. Therefore, let us build this factory to be better, more modern and more efficient in following the flow of technological progress.” He added.

The event then continued with a discussion session and hospitality by all participants present.
