PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held an election for the General Chairperson of the Agroindustry Workers Union (SPA) for the 2025-2029 Period on Thursday, May 15, 2025. A total of three candidates for general chairman participated in the election after previously going through a series of selection stages and submitting a vision and mission.
The activity began with remarks by the chairman of the committee who said that the election must be carried out properly without any pressure from anyone, honest, fair and transparent. Followed by remarks from the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, who said that the Agrindustrial Workers Union (SPA) would later become a counterweight, a driving force for productivity so that it could make a better mitratani.
“SPA is a forum to accommodate all employee aspirations so that hopefully the spa can be a counterweight, and if there are things that come from employee aspirations and we need to discuss today and so on management is open for the sake of better partnerships,” he said.
“Use your voting rights according to your conscience, hopefully this event will run smoothly and for the elected chairman to be trustworthy and fair according to our expectations,” added remarks from the Chairperson of the SPA for the 2025 period.
A total of 183 employee representatives cast their votes until Br. Sutikno Ananto was elected as Chairman of the Agroindustry Workers Union for the period 2025 – 2029.
