Director’s strategic direction

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh started the new management leadership after the change of director and SEVP Operation by gathering all employees in order to listen to strategic direction and introduction of new officials.

The activity which was held on Friday, October 27, 2023 was attended by all employees and management who compactly wore white t-shirts with AKHLAK written on them since 07.00 WIB.

Beginning with joint gymnastics activities that are routinely held every week to maintain the physical fitness of employees, the event then continued with the internalization of AKHLAK and the core event which was carried out in a family atmosphere by sitting together between employees and management.

Mr. Sugiharto Bisri as the newly appointed SEVP Operation of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh started the introduction session and expressed his gratitude for the appreciation given for being welcomed and well received for joining PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh.

“Thank you for the appreciation given to me for joining PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh which is an extraordinary blessing. So let us together make PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh a subsidiary that continues to grow and is proud of the environment and shareholders of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X,” he said.

Similar expectations were also conveyed by the new Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, during his remarks in delivering technical strategies and performance evaluations as well as year-end targets that must be achieved.

“On this occasion I would like to focus on delivering a performance evaluation to achieve the 2023 target which is only a matter of months. Let us together clean up, improve what should be done and I want all employees to have the same ideals and hopes to build a better PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh.” He said.

And hopefully I hope that in 2024 our profit can be higher than this year so that it can prosper all employees, “he added.
