Born in Medan on May 18 1980, Tumbas Ginting completed his undergraduate studies in Agriculture at the Bogor Agricultural Institute. Prior to being appointed as SEVP Operation PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on March 8 2022 according to SK number XX-SURKP/22.025, he had a number of professional career experiences including being an assistant to manager at Asian Agri (2002-2010), Senior Estate Manager at ZTE Agri Indonesia (2010-2012), General Manager at Olam LTD Tbk (2012-2015), and General Manager of Igel High Plantation (2015-2022)
