Talkshow Toba UMKM Expo 2024

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh participated in the Toba UMKM Expo 2024 organized by the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia in order to support the holding of the international event F1 Powerboat Championship 2024 on March 1 – 3, 2024 on Lake Toba which took place at the Customary Hall Monument DI Panjaitan, Balige City, Toba Regency, North Sumatra.

As a subsidiary of PT Perkebunan Nusantara I (Supporting Co) Holding Plantation, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh participated by opening a booth to promote the company’s superior products including MSME-assisted products that will be launched this year. In addition, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh also had the opportunity to fill a series of talk shows to introduce the company in the North Sumatra region.

Present directly was the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, who introduced PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as a grandchild entity of SOEs engaged in the downstream agroindustry of frozen vegetables, starting from seeding activities, cultivation in the field, processing in the factory, to product marketing.

He then continued the presentation of superior frozen vegetable products from PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, ranging from HYGREEN edamame, okra, MSME fostered products “HYCRUNCH”, to SELERA NEGERIKU vegetables, where frozen edamame, okra, sweet potatoes, eggplants, goya as the company’s main commodities have been successfully exported to Japan and Europe.

The Head of the Toba Regency Agriculture Office who was also present at the event said that he was ready to invite agricultural officers and extension workers in Toba Regency to benchmark at the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh factory to see the potential of commodities that could be cooperated.

“Through the collaboration of the agriculture office, the Toba Regency government, and PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, let us work together to encourage the welfare of farmers, because the potential of our land is still large and if it continues to be developed, the ideals of Toba Regency to be more advanced can be achieved.” He added
