Strategic Reflection Night

As a form of year-end reflection on the achievement of the Company’s performance in 2023, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held a “Strategic Reflection Night” event on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh office yard.

The event was attended by the management and more than 350 employees who attended compactly wearing white clothes. The event began with hospitality where employees together burned fish and corn as a form of synergy and cooperation between employees.

The activity continued with the delivery of messages and impressions by 2 employee representatives, followed by remarks by the chairman of the Agroindustry Workers Union and representatives of IKBI PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Entering the next event, namely the strategic direction by the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, who expressed his gratitude to all employees for the performance that has been achieved in 2023 and hopes for a better Mitratani in 2024.

“Thank you to all employees who have worked hard until the end of this year, I hope that in 2024 we can synergize and work well with all employees so that we can work and carry out the work program in 2024 well, if we try better and do it together, we are sure and believe that Mitratani will be bigger, develop and advance,” he said.
