Qualifications
- Male or FemaleEducation
- at least S1 majoring in Psychology / HR Management
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of HR development
- Able / proficient in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Presentation)
- Have high analytical power
- Have training & employee development skills
- Have integrity, good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to speak English/Japanese actively (a plus)
- Maximum age is 30 years old
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning and development of Human Resources in the company
- Designing and organizing training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Manage employee recruitment to meet the company’s human resource needs, from posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, to conducting evaluations.
- Conduct career planning for employees
- Compile administrative data for the HR development section
- Conduct employee performance evaluation
