Qualifications

  • Male or FemaleEducation
  • at least S1 majoring in Psychology / HR Management
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of HR development
  • Able / proficient in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Presentation)
  • Have high analytical power
  • Have training & employee development skills
  • Have integrity, good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to speak English/Japanese actively (a plus)
  • Maximum age is 30 years old

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning and development of Human Resources in the company
  • Designing and organizing training and development programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee recruitment to meet the company’s human resource needs, from posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, to conducting evaluations.
  • Conduct career planning for employees
  • Compile administrative data for the HR development section
  • Conduct employee performance evaluation
