Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Psychology
  2. At least 3 years of experience in HR/Personnel and Industrial Relations (IR)
  3. Capable of handling Industrial Relations disputes
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Able to draft Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)
  6. Understanding of labor regulations

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  1. Fostering harmonious and conducive industrial relations through dispute resolution, labor consultation, and coordination with the labor union
  2. Ensuring personnel administration and employee databases are orderly, complete, accurate, and well-documented
  3. Implementing the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), company regulations, and labor provisions
  4. Managing payroll processes, employee entitlements, and BPJS administration in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations
  5. Controlling personnel and employee welfare costs Ensuring optimal performance of subordinates
