Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law or Psychology
- At least 3 years of experience in HR/Personnel and Industrial Relations (IR)
- Capable of handling Industrial Relations disputes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to draft Company Regulations (PP) and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB)
- Understanding of labor regulations
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fostering harmonious and conducive industrial relations through dispute resolution, labor consultation, and coordination with the labor union
- Ensuring personnel administration and employee databases are orderly, complete, accurate, and well-documented
- Implementing the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), company regulations, and labor provisions
- Managing payroll processes, employee entitlements, and BPJS administration in a timely manner and in accordance with regulations
- Controlling personnel and employee welfare costs Ensuring optimal performance of subordinates
