As a form of the company’s commitment to implementing good corporate governance, the management of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh starting from the Director, SEVP, General Manager, Division Head, to the Head of Department follows the socialization of AKHLAK core values and code of conduct (Code of Conduct).
The socialization was held on Thursday, 21 September 2023 with resource persons from the HR Department of PT Perkebunan Nusantara Development and ANDHIKA P KRESNANDITO, S.PSI Assistant for Career Development Subdivision.
The activity began with remarks from the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Dwi Aprilla Sandi, who said that AKHLAK and Code of Conduct are needed as guidelines for PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in carrying out daily business activities and processes.
“Basically, the AKHLAK core values are guidelines for our behavior as social creatures, while the code of conduct is a further implementation of the core values which regulates what we can and cannot do as BUMN people.” he said.
This is supported by the statement by the Head of HR at PTPN
Also present at the socialization activity was the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh AKHLAK Warrior team which was formed as representative representatives from each division to successfully implement AKHLAK’s core values to employees led by Erison Caesar from the Corporate Secretary.
Together, the management and AKHLAK Warrior team demonstrated the AKHLAK affirmation movement at the end of the event.
