PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh successfully obtained score A in the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) re-certification held by WQA Certification on April 23-24, 2025.
WQA or Worldwide Quality Assurance is an international certification body that provides certification for various management systems in various fields including food safety in ensuring product quality in accordance with the company’s best standards.
As a company engaged in the frozen vegetable agroindustry, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh is committed to providing food products that are safe for consumption by customers with high quality.
The audit activity began with an opening meeting attended by management, and the internal food safety team. The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, opened the audit and expressed his full support for the company’s obligation to comply with food safety regulations.
“HACCP audit is an important thing to do for companies, especially those engaged in healthy food and we have carried out this routinely, namely once a year, this can also be a form of effort in maintaining buyer confidence that our products are healthy, safe and of high quality. In addition, this also aims to ensure that the product process is produced in accordance with food safety regulations,” he said.
The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) re-certification audit activity ran for 2 days starting from the factory area, the company environment area, to the inspection of supporting documents involving almost all representatives from the division.
The closing meeting was held on Thursday, April 24, 2025 which was filled with the submission of audit results by Mr. Achmad Setyahadi as Lead Auditor to the company management. PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh successfully obtained an A score in the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) re-certification activity.
