PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held Qurban animal slaughtering activities in commemoration of Eid al-Adha 1446 H on Friday (06/06).
This annual activity is a form of gratitude as well as corporate responsibility to the surrounding environment and employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh.
A amount of 2 cows and 14 goats from the donations of employees and companies were distributed to 738 beneficiaries consisting of employees and the company’s neighborhood community.
The event began with a speech by the Director, Mr. Tumbas Ginting, who expressed his gratitude to all the sacrificers and the committee who had supported the event to run smoothly and hopes for a better mitratani in the future.
“This activity is an extraordinary annual activity, hopefully what we want and pray for goes well. From this activity we can emulate and believe that how we can sincerely be willing to wholeheartedly sacrifice all our abilities, all our efforts for the mitratani where we worship can be better, “he said.
Coupled with remarks from the chairman of the qurban committee who conveyed the number of animals slaughtered and hopes that the event can run bik and smoothly and the meat distributed is useful and blessed for karayan and neighborhood residents. Then the activity was closed with prayer and slaughtering of Qurban animals.
