Apel pagi operational off farm
PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh again held a morning apple activity with employees to listen to strategic direction from the Director on Tuesday (14/11) which this time was attended by employees of the operational off farm leadership and took place at the processing plant.
The activity which started at 06.30 WIB was attended by the Director, SEVP Operation, GM Operational Off Farm, as well as division heads and department heads of the operational off farm section starting from the Processing division, Planning & Development and Engineering division.
The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting in his speech conveyed several strategic directions including:
1. Optimizing the year-end work program, especially in the product processing and maintenance of factory machinery.
2. Full support from management and shareholders for the achievement of the 2023 RKAP target.
3. Improvisation and continuous improvement to get the best results and as a business development capital for PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh.
This is also supported by the statement of Mr. Sugiharto Bisri as SEVP Operation who said that the off farm Operations Team should immediately prepare themselves and maximize all work for challenges at the end of the year and 2024.
“Whatever we have planned well, implemented well will get good results too. For this reason, all efforts are needed to achieve the profit target and prepare for the challenges in 2024,” he said.
