Starting 2023, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held a morning rally with all employees on Wednesday (04/01) with the theme, “Momentum of Awakening and Together Success, Together We Can”.

The activity which was attended by 377 employees consisting of staff level employees, PKWT, outsourcing, to freelance daily workers, began with the provision of compensation to orphans from the sons and daughters of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh employees, then continued with a prayer reading by KH Hanif Abdul Rozaq from the caretaker of the Nurul Ulum Islamic boarding school to get the blessing of the event.

As for acting as apple supervisor is the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Seven, Mr. Arif Suhariadi. In his remarks, he conveyed an evaluation of the results of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh’s performance achievements in 2022 as well as the targets to be achieved in 2023, both in terms of production, sales and finance.

“Alhamdulillah, our company was able to record better sales and profit and loss compared to 2021, thank you for the hard work of ladies and gentlemen over the past year. There are still many opportunities for improvement and improvement that can be made, especially in the production sector, because of the targets that we will achieve in 2023 will definitely be higher and more challenging”

In addition, to boost employee motivation in welcoming 2023, the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Seven also gives awards to employees who excel in the production department. There were 8 assistant managers of edamame and okra plants from the Cultivation Division who succeeded in exceeding targets starting from high productivity, good quality, and low COGS. Don’t forget the chants and jargon to increase enthusiasm from the participants to enliven the apple event this morning.

The morning apple activity was then closed by cutting the tumpeng symbolically from the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as the company representative to the Chairperson of the Agro-industry Workers Union as the employee representative. By cutting the tumpeng, it is hoped that industrial relations between companies and employees can go hand in hand and synergize with each other to achieve the company’s targets as well as the welfare of its employees.
