MSMES assisted by PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh succeeded in obtaining halal certification for the production activities of the product “Hycrunch” which was given directly by the Ministry of Religion of Jember Regency to UD WND Food.
The submission of the halal certificate was carried out on Saturday (16/11) at the UD WND Food production house which was attended directly by Mr. Rudi Bawono (consultant of halal Jember district) to Mr. Wandi (Founder of UD WND Food) who was accompanied by Mr. Pungky Andri S.U and Mr. Alex Deny L (PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh).
Halal product guarantee or JPH aims to provide legal certainty and guarantee the halalness of a product according to government regulations and increase consumer confidence in expanding market reach throughout Indonesia.
The products produced by MSMEs assisted by PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh include Edamame, Okra, Sweet Potato and mix Vegie with a new brand, namely “Hycrunch” which is processed using vacuum frying technology, without MSG, without artificial colors, and without preservatives but still paying attention to crispness and product quality.
