In a continuous effort to optimise crop cultivation productivity and have a positive impact on company performance, the management of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh conducted a field visit to coordinate directly with the On Farm team on Saturday, 13 December 2025.
The visit was led by the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr Yogi Subaktyana, accompanied by the Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) and attended by the Division Heads and all On Farm Division Managers.
This activity is part of the company’s efforts to optimise and improve operational performance. During the visit, management conducted a comprehensive review of land conditions, operational workflows, the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work efficiency.
The main objective of this activity was to directly evaluate the effectiveness of field work processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Through intensive dialogue with the field team, management successfully gathered various inputs and identified obstacles faced in daily operations.
The management of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh emphasised its commitment to continue conducting regular monitoring and evaluation (monev) to ensure that all operational processes run optimally and are in line with the company’s strategic targets.
