PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh expanded its partnership program with farmers through synergy with the Probolinggo Regency Government, which was marked by an audience with the Deputy Regent and the Head of Suko Probolinggo Village on Monday, May 26, 2025 at the Suko Probolinggo Village Head Office.
The visit was held in order to establish friendship as well as explore opportunities for cooperation with the Probolinggo Regency Government in order to improve the welfare of farmers in the Probolinggo Regency area through the edamame and okra cultivation partnership program.
The Deputy Regent of Probolinggo, Mr. Fahmi Ahz, enthusiastically welcomed the arrival of representatives of the management of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, which was attended by GM RND & Business Development, who expressed full support for the partnership program that could improve the welfare of farmers in Probolinggo Regency.
“I hope that with the edamame and okra partnership program from PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in Suko Village, it can be a triger and example for other villages in the Probolinggo Regency area to further develop agriculture because Probolinggo has extraordinary agricultural potential and can provide benefits to the community,” said the Deputy Regent of Probolinggo.
Positive support was also shown by the Head of Suko Village, Mr. Ahmad Esfandi, who expressed his hope that Suko Village will become the center and center of edamame and okra development in Probolinggo Regency so that other villages can also develop similar potential.
“With this new development in agriculture, I hope it can be a successful example of economic empowerment in our region that continues to be sustainable,” he added.
