Istighosah & Prayer together

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh held a joint istighosah & prayer activity as well as a coffee event with management held on Tuesday (21/05) at the hatchery warehouse, Bondowoso.

The activity, which was attended by the Director, SEVP, General Manager, and all division heads as well as the cultivation division manager and hatchery assistant manager, began at 09.00 WIB which consisted of several series of events.

The activity began with a joint visit to the field to see edamame plants that have entered harvest age for seeding. The group then moved to the Hatchery Division Office to attend the istighosah & prayer event led by ustad K.H. Kholik then continued with a coffee event together in a different place.

The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting in his speech said that this activity was solely carried out in order to establish togetherness between management and employees so that all personnel have the same goal to raise the company.

“PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh can progress and develop if all employees understand their respective duties and responsibilities. Not only that, management must also take unusual ways to achieve the agreed profit target through the signing of a commitment letter with shareholders.” He said

He also added that PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh has a dream to become a Horticultural Holding in Indonesia, where every horticultural farmer in Indonesia has an off-taker with Mitratani. This dream must be followed by uninterrupted efforts and prayers from all elements of the employees.

In addition to prayer and coffee together, PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh also distributed 200 lunch boxes to workers who were working in the hatchery warehouse. This spirit of sharing is hopefully a way of blessing for the company.
