Inauguration and handover of Director and Sevp positions

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh through its shareholders, PT Perkebunan Nusantara X and PT Kelola Mina Laut, held an inauguration and handover ceremony for the positions of Director and SEVP Operation on Monday, October 23, 2023 at the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh office.

Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X, Tuhu Bangun directly inaugurated Tumbas Ginting as Director replacing Dwi Aprilla Sandi and Sugiharto Bisri as SEVP Operation replacing Tumbas Ginting.

Changes in company management are a form of organizational dynamics to improve and maximize company performance. It is hoped that the change of director and SEVP at PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh can have a positive impact on the company.

“By paying attention to the various challenges and dynamics that are so extraordinary in the future, where corporate actions continue to roll and business continues to change, shareholders see the need for management changes because change is the biggest opportunity to get the best results. In addition to being attended by shareholders, the inauguration and handover of positions were also attended by top PTPN X officials consisting of the heads of sections, the board of commissioners of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, SEVP and General Manager of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, as well as the mothers of the PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh Big Family Wives Association (IKBI) of the inaugurated officials.

The activity began with the reading of a copy of the decree by the head of the HR division of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, followed by the inauguration which was delivered directly by the Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X, reading and signing of the integrity pact by the inaugurated officials, handover of positions, remarks from shareholders, and ended with congratulations and group photos.
