Qualifications

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  2. At least 3 years of experience in human resources development
  3. Proficient in workforce planning, job analysis, job descriptions, job specifications, and workload analysis (WLA)
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Skilled in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing training programs
  6. Proficient in implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  7. Understanding of the recruitment process
  8. Understanding of labor regulations

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Plan the company’s human resources needs to ensure the right number of employees with the right competencies are available at the right time
  2. Ensure the performance management system—through the development, implementation, and evaluation of KPIs—operates effectively and objectively
  3. Ensure training and competency development programs are implemented in accordance with the organization’s needs
  4. Ensure talent management and career development are managed optimally
  5. Ensure the recruitment and selection process operates effectively in accordance with the company’s needs
  6. The administration, budgeting, and reporting related to HR development are managed in an orderly manner
  7. Subordinates’ performance is optimal
