Evening reflection and closing of the growing season at Ajong Tobacco Farm

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh attended the evening meditation and closing of the Ajong Tobacco Plantation planting season on Monday, October 23, 2023 at the PTPN X office in Kebon Ajong.

This activity was attended by the Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X and top officials, also present at the event was the board of commissioners and management of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, as well as 220 employees from the Ajong tobacco plantation.

The event began with remarks from the Head of Human Resources of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X, Mrs. ERNA ANASTASIA DEWI, S.P., M.M then continued with remarks from the General Manager of Kebon Ajong Mr. Dwi Aprilla Sandi who said that this moment was an extraordinary achievement with the end of the 2023 planting season.

“Hopefully this achievement will be a motivation for PTPN X Tobacco Plantation to continue to grow and make a positive contribution to the tobacco industry in the future,” he said.

This is supported by the statement of the Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X Mr. Tuhu Bangun that it is important to ensure that the production volume obtained has reached its peak so that it can illustrate the best quality.

The evening meditation was also filled with material presentation from ESQ 165 Team about IQ physic, EQ Emotional, and SQ Spriritual. It is hoped that through this event participants will have the ability to harmonize the vision-mission – BerAKHLAK values with the vision-mission – personal values, understand that BerAKHLAK values already exist in each of them to then be imbued and implemented.
