Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh establishes Silahturahmi with the company founder

The Board of Directors of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh together with management representatives made a business visit to Jakarta on Friday (21/06) in order to establish a relationship with the founder of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, namely Mr. Sigit Hendrawan Samsu.

The group consisted of Mr. Tumbas Ginting as director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh who was accompanied by the company secretary, head of the engineering division, head of the domestic marketing division, and head of the general department who were warmly welcomed by Mr. Sigit Hendrawan Samsu and his staff.

Mr. Sigit Hendrawan Samsu is one of the business people in Indonesia who founded PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in 1994 as the first company in Indonesia in the field of cultivation and frozen processing of Japanese soybeans (edamame) and other export-oriented frozen vegetables. He is currently an active aerospace enthusiast and president of the Indonesia Flying Club.

In a warm 4-hour meeting at his office, PT Berkah Maju Sejahtera (Aerostarjet Aviation), Mr. Sigit H. Samsu expressed his pride in the struggles and ups and downs of the company over the past 29 years. He was grateful to be visited by the current directors of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh and provided various positive suggestions and inputs.

He advised that companies must have a clear plan to develop their business even bigger, stay focused on the market even though various programs and strategies are being carried out simultaneously, and must be confident in what the company will do.

“I am ready to help develop PT MItratani Dua Tujuh even bigger.” He said.

The Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas Ginting expressed his respect and gratitude for the warm welcome along with constructive suggestions and input from Mr. Sigit H. Samsu for the progress and glory of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in the future.

“We are committed to developing PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh as an integrated agro-industry company in accordance with the initial dream of its founder, Mr. Sigit Hendrawan Samsu. We have proven this by developing a goat / sheep fattening business with KSU Keluarga Mitratani as an employee cooperative by utilizing dried edamame skin as the main feed source.” He added

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Sigit H Samsu gave mementos to the Board of Directors and PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh and their entourage in the form of 2 of his biography books. In addition, the Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh, Mr. Tumbas directly invited Mr. Sigit H Samsu to attend the company’s big event which will be held in the near future.
