Qualifications :

  1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (preferably Civil/Business Law, Agrarian Law, Land Law)
  2. Understanding of regulations related to asset management, land, contracts/agreements, and state-owned enterprise regulations
  3. Minimum 1 year of work experience in asset management/legal officer/contract administration/related fields
  4. Communicative and able to communicate with many parties
  5. Meticulous, analytical, and have good administrative skills
  6. Able to work based on targets and have integrity
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  1. Conducting periodic, accurate, and effective physical inventory and asset recording to monitor the location, condition, and movement of all assets.
  2. Planning and implementing asset optimization and utilization programs.
  3. Developing physical, administrative, and legal security measures to protect assets from the risk of loss, damage, misuse, or depreciation.
  4. Ensure that all asset management complies with applicable laws and regulations (compliance).
  5. Organize orderly asset administration, including documentation, data maintenance, and preparation of accurate and transparent periodic asset reports to relevant parties.
  6. Coordinate with relevant work units and external parties, and monitor asset performance and condition.
