Born in Bondowoso on April 25 1976, Dwi Aprilla Sandi completed her undergraduate studies in Agriculture at Jember State University. Starting his career in 2003 as assistant plant manager at PT Perkebunan Nusantara X, then continued in 2010 to become a plant manager until taking the position of General Manager in 2019. He was appointed Director of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh on July 5, 2023 based on Decree number. XX-SURKP/23.036 and 004/DE-KML/VII/23
